The apartment is approached down a narrow passage from Fore Street. The ground floor entrance door leads into the spacious, tiled entrance lobby where outdoor walking or sailing clothing can be left to dry (we would appreciate no outdoor boots/shoes in the main apartment please). There is also a ground floor shower room complete with wc and hand basin (small step up into shower).
A door from the entrance lobby leads into the original “boat store” where the boiler, refuse bins and laundry facilities are located.
The wide, easy-access staircase leads to the first floor main living area which is carpeted throughout.
