Zoe was super helpful from start to finish especially on the morning of arrival checking sleeping arrangements and should we need extra bedding/sofa beds set up. Apartment was absolutely stunning. Spacious open plan kitchen, lounge and dining table with exceptional views. Extra decorations for Christmas made it feel very homely and a bowl of treats left for us, along with some wine was a very nice touch. I would 100% recommend and we will definitely be going back. Thanks again to Zoe for making it a very special Christmas stay to visit family.

This apartment is beautiful! It’s been so cleverly converted, makes good use of space and light, and the views are just stunning. Hoylake is a nice little village with lots of places to eat and drink within a 10 minute walk. The host, Zoe, was super responsive and helpful whenever I messaged her with questions. The welcome pack was amazing too! We would highly recommend The Old Lifeboat Station!

We couldn’t have loved our stay more. We loved the light, the layout and the thoughtful touches that reminded us of the building’s history. We enjoyed the spectacular view and convenience to the restaurants and grocery in town as well. Our hosts were communicative and helpful and left snacks that were so appreciated after long travel days. We have stayed at countless Airbnbs and this one is one of our favorites.

Great place allowed multiple dogs which was the reason we booked but glad we did, more than enough room in main bedroom suite to put sofa bed for a family staying. Great facilities, views amazing, nothing to complain about! Thoroughly enjoyable will book again. Settled in straight away, dogs loved being on balcony watching all the other dogs. So many pluses to staying here. Thank you so much.

Absolutely awesome place, location and host. I have stayed at lots of Airbnb places all over the world and this was one of the best. Zoe organized an amazing welcome package for us and even left some creme eggs as it was Easter weekend. Definitely recommended.

We stay at Airbnbs quite a lot and this stay was by far our best stay. Zoe is lovely and so welcoming and friendly and her home is stunning and spotlessly clean and well appointed. We will be back and a huge thanks for everything Zoe.

The perfect holiday for our family! The Christmas decorations around the house made our stay extra special! Everything we needed was on hand - very well appointed kitchen and we were blown away by the welcome snacks. Thank you for a wonderful time. We will be back!

The Old Lifeboat Station is a unique property in a stunning location. The views of the beach and offshore wind farm are pretty special. The place is clean, comfortable and well equipped and free on street parking is available immediately opposite. Hoylake itself is an interesting town, with several pubs & eateries. we chose it as we were attending a friend's wedding and the property was an excellent alternative to hotels, accommodating three of us with ease. Highly recommended and one of the very best Air BnB places we've stayed in. Zoe has also been a friendly host, easily contacted & nothing has been too much trouble.

Beautiful, luxurious and unique home. The view is absolutely spectacular. Definitely a 5* apartment with a wonderful host. We thoroughly recommend a stay here.

Pure luxury - and everything perfect! A truly fantastic place. Two floors on the 1st and 2nd floor of the building, each with en-suite bathrooms. Fantastic view from the living room. Absolutely quiet location. Free public parking right outside. Train station just a few minutes walk away. The welcome treats were a delight as well. In short, you can't go wrong with a reservation here.

Spectacular!!!!! Great adaptive reuse of a classic and historically important structure. Well designed - lots of light and a wonderful view of the Irish Sea. The Royal Liverpool GC is a short walk away - but for a longer hike try the Wirral Way - villages, forests and beaches along your way.

It was the most wonderful stay - the easter presents were a lovely touch and the place is absolutely fantastic - cannot recommend highly enough!

“Jo’s place is just fantastic and served as a perfect base to visit family and friends in the area. Located on Hoylake promenade, the Old Lifeboat station has uninterrupted views of the beach, Hilbre Island and out to North Wales and Liverpool too — it’s such a calming and peaceful place to be. The place is spacious and has been very well thought out as well as being finished and furnished to a high standard. The kitchen is really well equipped with everything you need and there are nice touches throughout making for a very comfortable stay. We travel to the Wirral regularly, so this will be #1 on our list for the next trip (if it’s available!).”

The flat was spotlessly clean, inviting, beautifully designed and furnished, whilst also being very comfortable. Lovely bedlinen and toiletries and a welcome pack of goodies we have not seen the like of before. Staff on hand for queries but only if required, so it felt very private. Take appropriate sandy beach walking shoes and binoculars for the sea views and shipping."

Hoylake beach is great for running, don´t miss a walk to Hilbre island. Also just half an hour to Liverpool for dining out."
